Just a quick update on the Digg for educators experiment. In four days we’ve had about 2,500 views, are averaging over 110 unique visitors per day, and aggregated over 50 articles. There ave been over 100 votes for stories too, which has pushed Steven’s “Adults and MySpace” article to the top of the heap. So far so good.
Remember, if you are going to play, try to make sure that the articles are specific to Education 2.0, meaning that the articles deal specifically with the the Read/Write Web and education. And please, do play. The first few days have been pretty interesting…
OK. I’ll stop now, since I’m not likely to post on the assigned topic.
Do you have statistics how many stories does an average visitor read?!
Interesting input from adults and students. I am hoping to receive the same types of feedback from my own students in the fall.
I think this is so very, very cool. I’m quickly becoming addicted….. I am one who called to restrict to the topic, but I admit I’m having trouble staying on topic.
i’ve just arrived and i already let myself run off the track. as a student, i find alot of the articles are pertinent to my learning experience. i’m going to make sure to check things out quite often.
