As long as you have a school email, you should be able to register for facebook.
I think.

Nope, you definitely need an invite. (I do too for that matter). Though now they have begun adding company domain names to the list. I’m not sure which companies have been “approve” (I haven’t dug around that much). But that might be another way in. Good luck – let us know what you find.
I can give you an invite, but I need an email. The site says re:invites
“If you like the site and think that your friends will too, you should invite them to register. Just go to the invite screen and list the email addresses of people that you would like to join. These individuals will receive an email with instructions on how to register.
Unless your high school provides email addresses, high school students will need to receive an invitation from someone at their school in order to register for the site.:
However, they validate colleges via the .edu email, so I’m not sure if your email address would work.
Hi Will,
I added my corporate email address and it took it just fine. I don’t have a .edu email. But they took the company .com. Looks like one of the other commenters took care of you.
Can’t wait to hear your feedback on your experience.
Cheers!

Most colleges have alum email forwarding now. If you sign up, you’ll have a college email address and then you can sign up for your own college alum facebook account. Then you can see all the bells and whistles legitimately.
I understand that about 10 companies (the one I work for included) have been added to Facebook. I signed up a couple of days ago to look around myself. I haven’t tried the invitation process to know if company members can invite people from outside their company.
I believe that high school membership requres an invitation from an existing HS member. University membership just requires a .EDU address.
