I’m setting up a manila server for the school I’m working at, and haven’t been able to find any info for these things:
I need to create members from a class roll. At this stage, these will be the only people able to post to the system. Is there any quick and easy way of doing this? From here, I need to create a manila site for each member, with certain things set up in advance (such as enabling the news site).
Is there any way to easily make theme files completely local? Some students do not have internet access outside of the schools network, which completely screws up formatting for some themes.
Has anyone used Plone for similar purposes? It looks nice…
