Real fast, I wanted to let you know about two events this summer and fall where I’ll be offering some new thinking about what it takes to create sustainable, relevant change initiatives in your classroom, school or district. Based on years of research and observation, I’ll be introducing what I’m calling the LEAD Framework for Modern Learning, and it would be great if you could join in on the conversations. I think it’s a unique approach that gets to the heart of what we need schools and classrooms to be today.
In October, I’ll be running two, two-day workshops with Solution Tree titled “Empowering Modern Learners.” The first is scheduled inTulsa for the 19th and 20th, and the second is a week later in Seattle on the 26th and 27th. The two-day timeframe will give us a chance to do a deep dive on what exactly it takes to really move a classroom, school, or district forward, and to do some serious thinking about our own personal practice as modern learners in the process.
Seats are limited at all these events.
You can get more information at the links provided, but please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.
Thanks for all you’re doing to make your schools relevant places of learning for the kids you serve, and I look forward to seeing you later this year.
Best,
Will
