Where Will Web Logs Be in '03?

January 2, 2003 By Will Richardson

In thinking about my November NCTE presentation with Pat, I’ve been trying to guess where the general public’s and teacher public’s recognition level will be by then. I’m hoping they’s have a little more exposure by then. This article in the Charlotte News Observer seems to think that will be the case.

Quote: “Ruby isn’t out to change national politics. ‘By writing my thoughts down, it helps me to clarify them,’ he says. ‘And I am watching who is watching me. It’s been a great way to make friends across the country and around the world. It’s just been a blast.'”

Wouldn’t it be nice to get some students and teachers saying that by the end of the year???
