NCTE Planning

Looks like Pat and I and possibly others are going to try to put together a proposal for the NCTE conference next fall, and we’ll use the Web log linked above to do so. (Pat’s obviously been holding out on the newspaper template!) 😉 Best part is that I get to practice what I teach…this is pretty close to what I expect my Media kids to do, only Pat and I are doing it from coast to coast.

    Not hiding out the news template! The template on the ncte site is precisely the one I ref-ed fro you from altMuslim. The real news template that Bryan made for us at mlk requires all sorts of metadata configuration and then even more template tweaking before it works. I tried to replicate it on my own three times and failed miserably. Didn’t want to pass on his work if I didn’t at least understand it. I still don’t. And he doesn’t have the time to teach me.
